For the global launch of the Terrex Two Ultra Parley, we teamed up with Tim Olson, one of the world's finest ultra marathon runners. Many trail runners see the sport as a form of meditation, a place to return to nature and surpass your goals which aligned completely with Tim's ethos and approach to running.
I was Creative Director from concept through to shoot and was able to direct the film on location in California. As well as developing a longer format film that played out on social, in store and other digital channels, our interviews with Tim which provided a fascinating insight into his mentality and approach to his life had a great reach on social. As a bit of a spoiler, Tim did eventually manage to attempt his PCT attempt after a few covid-related delays, breaking the world record in 51 days, 16 hours and 55 minutes.
